v0.25 Released - Start of C#

So v0.25 is ready I guess, I implemented a custom crosshair. Currently sensitivity can't be changed so I recommend to double your dpi on your mouse for now. I converted the whole game from C++ to C# which surprisingly took less time to make what I had after v0.21 than it took to make v0.21. You can now select difficulties in the main menu. (Always defaults to EASY when game starts). I fixed a small hitreg bug, also now your crosshair only has to collide with the blocks rather than your mouse, but I have no raw input so you're constrained to the fps, sorry. Have fun clicking
